You will find this area at Tanzanite View near the Haruspex Elder. The Haruspex have heard of the hardships set by the other factions and as such have created their own lesser version to gain access. Flora Is waiting for you....
To gain access, Flora will ask you to craft the clothes of her faction. That's right! Time to get crafty.
NOTE: This is the time where it is important to know which avatar you chose to play. Female and Male avatars have different sets.
Once you're a V.I.P. 4 Missions will open up for you.
